RIDEAU BOOK (2010)-- Tales of the Rideau
Like all good tales books, this one starts off with a tale of treasure. However, unlike many books of tales, this book only contains (mostly) true stories. Much of the book deals with the truth behind the tales, looking at the back-story, the details that form the basis for each tale.

RIDEAU BOOK (2007)-- The Rideau Route

Christmas in Westport-on-the-Rideau
Music CD
There are certain places in the world that are Christmas places. Westport-on-the-Rideau is one of these places. Snowy rooftops, trees alight on Foley Mountain, busy shoppers bustling by with happy smiles and warm greetings and the sound of music drifting with the wood smoke from home fires as church bells chime.
In the centre of town, the welcoming Cove Country Inn stands open and ready to help relax and rest weary visitors. The Cowan family, who run the Cove Inn, is a musical family. In mid October of this year they gathered at Summit Sound Studios along with an array of talented local musicians and singers to record ‘Christmas in Westport’, Volume Two. Volume One was a great success over 12 years ago. This effort will raise money for the Westport Arts Council who stage annual music and cultural events like MUSICwestport, a summer musical event that sees the Christmas Village become a lively summer musical with cottagers and shoppers visiting each musical stage around Westport.
From the cool jazzy sound of Spencer Evans and the Cowan brothers, Seamus and Jeff, to the clear mellow tones of Terry Cowan’s White Christmas, and the happy sound of the Saint Edward School Children’s choir welcoming Santa - the CD puts anyone in the Christmas spirit!
